Captive Panel Screws - Available in a wide variety of materials and configurations. Lengths from 21/32" to 2". Thread sizes from 2-56 to 3/8-16. Custom designs are also available. To metric standards also.

Panel Screw Retainers - Retainers are available to match all Captive Panel Screw sizes. Stocked Items are of Stainless Steel, Steel or Brass. Other materials are available. Panel Screw/Retainer sets can be provided with springs and washers. Retainers are also made to metric standards or custom made to your specification.

Round and Hex Spacers - These spacers are available in Aluminum, Brass, Steel, Stainless, Nylon and Phenolic. Outside diameters range from 1/8" to 3/4" and lengths from 1/8" to 2". Hole clearances range from .064" to .505. Also made to metric standards or customized to your specifications.

Round, Hex and Square Female Standoffs - These standoffs come in Aluminum, Brass, Steel, Stainless, Nylon and Phenolic in lengths ranging from 1/8" to 10". Diameters from 1/8" to 5/8" with internal threads from 0-80 to 7/16-14 can be supplied. Also custom designed to your specification available. Made to metric standards as well as American standards.

Round and Hex Swage Female Standoffs - Available in lengths from 1/8" to 2" and diameters of 1/8" to 3/8", these standoffs can be used with PC boards from 1/32" to 1/4" thick. These spacers are also available in Swage Tite configuration to prevent over-torqueing. Internal thread sizes from 0-80 to 10-32. Installation tools also available. Made in a variety of materials in either American standard or metric. Parts can be custom designed to your specification.

Round and Hex Male-Female Standoffs - Materials for these standoffs include Aluminum, Brass, Steel, Stainless and Nylon. Lengths range from 3/16" to 8", diameters 3/16" to 1/2". Thread sizes available are 2-56 to 5/16-18. Can be customized to your specification or to metric standards.

Flat and Shoulder Washers - A wide range of nonmetallic washers in such materials as Nylon, Delrin, Fiber, Teflon and Phenolic. Gives you a range of thickness' from .015" to .125" and outside diameter up to 1-1/2". ID's are completely flexible as to size depending on your application. Can be custom made to your specifications and also available to metric standards.

Washer Face, Plain and Push Type Thumb Screws - Thumb screws come in Aluminum, Brass, Steel and Stainless. They range in length from 1/2" to 2-1/8"/ Diameters range from 3/16" to 1/2". Thread sizes are available from 4-40 to 1/4-20. Can be customized to your specifications. Metric standards also available.

Round and Hex Swage Spacers - Available in 3/16" and 1/4" diameters, these spacers come in many different materials. Swage shank lengths accommodate board thickness from 1/32" to 1/4". Body lengths from 1/8" to 1" with Hold ID's from .090 to .150. Installation tools are available. Metric standards available. Custom designed parts to your specifications are also available.

Hex Jackscrews - Jackscrews are available in steel, stainless, aluminum and brass. Optional nuts, flat washers, and lock washers are available. Standard thread size 4-40. Standard body length of 3/16". Male threads range in lengths from 3/16" to 3/4". Can be also customized to your specifications or made to metric standards.

Precision Shoulder Screws - Slotted screws are available in either socket heads or slotted heads. Lengths of body range from 9/32" to 1-1/2". Head diameters range from 1/4" to 5/8". Thread sizes are available from 4-40 to 3/8-16. Materials include Brass, Steel and Stainless. Also made in metric standards or customized to your specifications.

Circuit Board Spacers - Quick and easy insertion and removal - without tools. These plastic circuit board spacers eliminate the need for nuts, bolts and washers. Available in over 100 configurations including machine insertable configurations. Minimal protrusion for tighter board to chassis clearance. Both locking and non-locking versions are available.
